Catherine’s impressive career includes being the General Counsel and Group Legal Director at one of the UK’s largest care providers, the Head of Legal for a B2B travel technology business and holding various senior legal roles at global organisations. As Data Privacy Lead, she has overseen compliance with complex data protection regulations and implemented frameworks to safeguard privacy and security across organisations.

As a Legal Director in our team, Catherine partners with clients to deliver tailored, business-ready advice, ensuring they can confidently tackle their legal needs. Known for her practical approach, sound judgment, and ability to work under pressure, she excels at finding strategic solutions that align with our clients’ goals. Her sense of humour and approachable nature make her a valued colleague and a source of positive energy for the team.

In addition to her technical expertise in commercial contracts, technology, corporate governance and data privacy, Catherine collaborates closely with our Client Services team to ensure a seamless client experience, delivering tailored, business-ready solutions that align with their goals. Her ability to nurture strong client relationships and provide pragmatic advice ensures our clients feel fully supported.

Outside of work, Catherine is a dedicated ‘cat mum’ and supporter of various charitable initiatives, demonstrating her commitment to making a positive impact beyond the workplace.
