Patricia

Patricia has nearly 20 years’ experience as a senior in-house lawyer, spanning fintech, retail, and technology in both the UK and Australia. She has held senior roles including General Counsel at Tradeteq, Senior Legal Counsel at Lyst, and Sole Legal Counsel at Fred Perry, where she steered businesses through fast-paced growth, global expansion, and complex compliance challenges.

As a General Counsel, Patricia has advised boards on risk management, guided companies through high-stakes disputes and intellectual property issues, and shaped new products from a legal and commercial perspective. She is known for her sharp legal acumen paired with a pragmatic, business-first approach – bringing clarity and confidence to every decision.

Within our team, Patricia partners with clients to deliver business-ready solutions across commercial contracts, corporate governance, data privacy, and employment law. She has hands-on expertise with FCA regulation, AML, and anti-bribery compliance, and regularly speaks at industry conferences on compliance, AI, ESG, and collaboration. Fluent in Spanish and adept at building strong cross-cultural relationships, she’s valued for her calm, strategic mindset and her ability to translate legal complexity into clear business outcomes.

Outside of work, Patricia is passionate about mentoring the next generation of lawyers and enjoys exploring new cultures through travel.
